Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the best form of non-violent and REALISTIC self-defense for children. They learn how to control, pin and ultimately submit their opponents. Although Jiu-Jitsu does teach punching and kicking, in the daily classes we remove these elements to focus primarily on the grappling and control. Students train and spar in a very controlled and supervised environment where they can practice against a resisting and unwilling opponent. This is the best way to increase proficiency and confidence in not only the Art they are training, but in themselves. We are in the business of making children confident, productive and more capable of defending themselves, should the need ever arise. We are a no bully zone. We take safety seriously!

The "Sweet Science". ​ We offer an excellent boxing program for kids ages 8 and up led by Coach Ramon Ledon. ​ Coach Ramon is a former pro Boxer from Cuba and EXCELLENT trainer/coach! Not only is he great with Boxing, he is also great with the kids and provides a safe and fun environment for learning and growing in the sweet science. ​ His classes are always exciting! He and our other very talented coaches have created a great atmosphere for learning the fundamentals of this art. And in the process, these kids are becoming very capable at defending themselves should the need ever arise. Not just training for fun, training for life.
